About
Theresa Haas is a designer and animator with over eight years of experience in motion design, working across digital and analog animation techniques. Her practice explores motion as both a visual language and a material, combining experimental and process-driven approaches to communicate complex ideas in intuitive and engaging ways.

Over the past several years, she has worked as a motion designer at animation studios and advertising agencies, including Animade and Ritzy Animation in London, as well as LOOP in Vienna. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in design and animation and has continued to expand her practice through various courses and further education.

Alongside her professional practice, Theresa recently began working part-time as a university assistant at the University of Art and Design in Linz, where she also lectures in animation. Her work moves between professional practice, experimentation, and teaching, bringing together different perspectives on animation and its possibilities.
